Where did it all begin? Well, it started with a desire to simplify. Like so many other great ideas, we had experienced a system, a product or a service that just didn’t quite hit the mark. We had a thought; that there must be a better way of doing this.
We looked at an age-old method, at traditional psychometric testing approaches and decided that it needed a new look. The idea of creating a way for businesses to simplify their candidate selection process by using intelligent and powerful technology, but with zero complexity, was born!
